situations whereby the MVA may take action against
your license, one of which is if you accumulate a
specified number of points on your driving record.
In some instances, one offense alone is enough to
suspend or revoke your license. However,
prior to having your driving privilege suspended
or revoked, you are entitled to a hearing, if you
properly act to preserve this right in a timely
fashion.
